On-Location Video Tours
The process is incredibly simple and we hope it will require very little of your precious time. Once we've been given the information for the property we'll choose a time where we can have full access to the property, do our thing and head back to the headquarters to begin the editing process. Once completed we'll give you a preview of the completed video for your approval and then release the video to use however you like. We can also assist with placing the videos online, or deliver the video to you in a format that will work with whatever property management software you're using (if applicable).
Studio-Quality Voice Overs & Music
One of the often overlooked components of a professional video is professional sound. Depending on your needs, we can either provide you with a facility to record a high-quality audio walkthrough of the property, or we can do the recording for you! Just provide us with a simple script of the features you'd like to highlight and we'll use our voice talent to create the audio for you. That audio can then be layered onto the video to complete the experience. Additionally we can provide high quality, suitable background music to make the videos even more professional. If you'd rather have video and music only, with no audio walkthrough, we can do that as well.
Professional Photography to Boot!
We know it's not your job, you're not a professional photographer. Lucky for you, we are! If you'd like us to take some amazing photos of your listings for use in your marketing publications, just let us know! We've taken the time to learn how to use the manual controls on these wonderful digital SLR cameras so you don't have to, and you won't believe the results! Just let us know when we come to do the video tour that you'd like photos as well.
